Contract and commercial law

We advise private clients and companies in diverse areas of general contract law, primarily in business-related contract areas such as labour and tenancy law, mandate and agency contract law, work contract law, licence and sales contract law, or in the formulation of general terms and conditions of business. This also includes the drafting of contracts for the acquisition or disposal of companies, the drawing up of partnership contracts or the formulation of shareholder agreements. Specifically, we draft or review contracts, conduct contract negotiations for our clients, or file contractual claims. We foster long-standing collaboration with private clients and companies and contribute to their commercial success by attaching importance to solution-oriented and pragmatic advice and assistance.

Examples of our work: As part of a comprehensive consulting relationship over many years, our work can extend to individual issues in, for instance, the following areas:

  • Editing complex purchase contracts and support in their negotiation
  • Assessment and enforcement of claims under tenancy law
  • Drafting an employment contract and support in labour law issues (remuneration claims, ban on competition, termination contracts, etc.)
  • Advice relating to the handling of a mandate
  • Filing of work and services contract claims within the framework of a construction project
  • Reviewing a price model within the framework of a distribution contract
  • Drafting an agency contract and advising on commission related issues
  • General advice in the context of cooperation agreements
  • Drafting a written warning relating to a licence contract
  • Drafting and assessment of a shareholder agreement

In all areas, we also conduct corresponding court or arbitration proceedings or proceedings before authorities.
