Martin Wenner


Martin Wenner has many years of experience in the advising and representation of private individuals as well as small and medium-sized companies in the field of private, business and company law. In addition to the establishment and management of companies, this also includes the regulation of company succession (including management buy-out, acquisition or sale of business units/divisions [asset deals] or of the company [share deals]).

Martin Wenner advises and negotiates for his clients in a solution-oriented and creative manner and in line with his clients' individual requirements. Last but not least, Martin Wenner assists his clients in complying and implementing agreements made and in defending claims filed without justification.

Martin Wenner is also active in marriage and inheritance law and advises his clients in marriage contracts, separation agreements, estate regulations, inheritance contracts and last wills, or acts as an executor of wills.


Areas of practice

Contract law (sales contracts including real estate, tenancy agreements, employment contracts, work contracts, agency law, as well as sector-specific supply contracts, loan agreements and licence contracts), marriage and inheritance law, liability law (in particular liability proceedings), company law (including tasks as a member of a Board of Directors, shareholder agreements, joint venture contracts), asset management.
