Oscar Amstad


Oscar Amstad advises domestic and international companies as well as private clients in several areas of law. In particular, he focuses on commercial, corporate and contract law and represents parties in state court litigation as well as arbitration or administrative proceedings. His clients are active in different industry sectors and are of varying size, e.g. small and medium- sized enterprises in the technology, finance, trade and services sector for whom he provides comprehensive and customized solutions. Furthermore, Oscar Amstad supports clients in the execution of domestic and foreign court decisions in Switzerland.

Oscar Amstad is member of several expert groups of the Zurich Bar Association and he constantly updates and enhances his knowledge in the above-mentioned areas of law. He regularly publishes articles and is engaged in training young lawyers.
